Bailey Regan is the Marketing Assistant at West Michigan Mortgage. Originally the company’s first loan processor, she discovered her passion for creating meaningful connections through marketing—crafting content that makes an impact and collaborating with passionate teammates.

A dynamic multitasker by nature, Bailey also finds fulfillment working as an esthetician at her family-owned salon and spa, Studio Bliss.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her outdoors or playing dress-up with her bright and curious daughters, ages 2 and 3. Her family loves camping, hiking, kayaking, and taking in Michigan’s scenic landscapes. At home, she’s happiest curled up with a good book and her affectionate tortoiseshell cat, Elvira.
